The 1st stage in building a new home is the structural systems, which include Foundations, Framing and Roof and this is our area of expertise.
1. Foundations
Raft Concrete foundation Contractors
A raft foundation is a reinforced concrete slab under the whole of a building or extension,
‘floating’ on the ground as a raft would float on water.
Raft foundations are best suited to one or two-storey buildings or spaces where a basement is
required, which is why they are often used for domestic properties. They are easy to construct and fairly inexpensive.
2. Frame
House Framing Contractors / builders
Residential framing contractors are skilled new home builders who build the framework and foundation for the rest of the building. Framing contractors are part of the carpentry industry and are often referred to as carpenters. They also make repairs to existing structures. Their work takes place at the beginning of the project.
3. Roof
